Introduction
Prior to starting basketball, Williamson played football and had a quarterback position in football.
When she was five years old, she fixed the places to become a college basketball star. At the age of nine, Williamson got up and started training at 5 a.m. every morning. He participated in the youth league in Coaching of his mother, Sharonda Sampson, and played for the Sumer Falcons on the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) circuit, to make the opponents face them four years longer.
Later Williamson started working with his stepfather, former college basketball player Lee Anderson, to improve his skills as a point keeper.
He joined the basketball team at Johkin Middle School in Marion, South Carolina, where she again coached her mother and gave 20 points per game.
In middle school, Williamson was a point keeper and lost only three games in two years.
In 2013, he directed Johongkin to the 8-1 record and title of the conference.

Duke Freshman Forward Sion Williamson wounded his knee early on Wednesday night at the top of Blue Devils and the eighth place North Carolina Tar Heels. Williamson blew his shoe in 30 seconds and did not leave the game.
After the game, the coach of Blue Devils Mike Craigsky called it a “light knee spell” but could not give any details. However, he said that the knee is stable.
They are expected to undergo further testing, and the results should come on Thursday.
After blowing his shoes on the play, Williamson immediately caught his right knee.
After an official period of time, he lobbied for court moments, took a shoe in hand and went straight to the locker room.
He did not return to the game and was immediately ruled out for the night.
