1. Basket ball
Basketball is the most popular indoor sport and the second most popular team sport after football. I think this is the most inspiring game. Basketball is played by two teams of five players each.
The objective is to throw the ball into the basket towards the opponent in the rectangular area. Friends are totally in this game! Not only playing but also watching basketball is a great thrill as it is a fast game which includes things like shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding and blocking.
2. Carrom
Most of us have a carrom board that is collecting dust somewhere and if not, this may be a good time to invest in one. To play a traditional, two-player game, both opponents will sit opposite each other on either side of the board.
Carrom can also be played with four people playing as a two-man team. When you are able to pass a large amount of time playing games, you are also building on your cognitive and focus skills simultaneously.
3. Football
Whether you have a small backyard or are using your living room as a backyard, just keep a foldable cage and practice your scoring or goalkeeping skills throughout the day.
4. Swimming
Swimming is a great recreational activity in which we glide through the water using our limbs. I think it is an intimate experience with water.

Chess is one of the most ancient games which is still a great pride! My favorite player, Bobby Fisher, described that “chess is war on the board. The object is to crush the minds of opponents.
” In my words, chess is a war of ideas between two players on a chess board with the objective of an opponent’s check. Each with 16 pieces Savielly Tartakower intended to check the king of the opponent said “Chess, like music, has the power to please humans.” And of course chess makes anyone happy, it’s a game for players of all ages and there is no retirement in chess!

6. Yoga
In the modern era of technology, it is important to calm the mind. The beauty of activities like yoga is that you can do it anywhere to get benefits, that too without tools. Whatever your age or fitness, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body.
