Mom
For most kids growing up, snacking on junk food at bedtime with friends can be an all-nighter of video games, followed by a recovery take-in and an upgrade to breakfast on cereal prepared by the host parent. Eager to cement five star reviews. Guest on his return home.
Ask the friends of Amon-Ra St. Brown and his two brothers and they’ll remember a slightly different experience, though that doesn’t mean this traditional fun never waned.
“The next morning our father would wake us up early, even asking our friend to wake up early, and he used to lift weights with them,” St. Brown told Sky Sports.
“Dude would be like ‘What happened? I didn’t come to lift weights’. A lot of our friends knew when they came over to our dad they were probably going to do something like this the next day.”
Stats
, Brown was named after Amun, the supreme god in Egyptian religion, because of his father’s interest in black consciousness and African heritage.[1] St. Browne attended Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California. Attended Servite High School in Anaheim, California as a freshman.[2] As a senior in 2017, he had 72 receptions for 1,320 yards and 20 touchdowns. [3] A five-star recruit, St. Brown is committed to the University of Southern California (USC) to play college football. [4] [5] He played with future USC teammate JT Daniels at Mater Dei.

Brother
Equinemius Saint Brown and Amon-Ra Saint Brown might not be the most famous group of brothers in the NFL. That distinction almost certainly goes to the Watt family – or perhaps Diggs’ in 2021.
That said, St. Brown’s is a unique brother-brother pairing. First of all, both of them play in NFC North. Equinemius, the oldest of three St. Brown brothers, plays for the Packers. Amon-Ra, the youngest, plays for the Lions.
The fact that the pair clash in divisional battles is a good thing, but it’s also not the best fact about them. These are their roots. St. Brown comes from a bodybuilding family and his father, John Brown has worked to keep him in shape all his life until he reaches the NFL. And he continues to do so.
Draft pick
After addressing his defense with three picks on Day 2, the Lions went back to the offensive side of the ball with their first pick on Day 3 and selected USC wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Pick up 112.
The three-year starter at USC, St. Brown (5-11, 197) stood both inside and out for the Trojans. He made an immediate impact at USC with 60 catches for 750 yards and three touchdowns as a true freshman, and finished his career No. 11 in school history with 178 receptions. He was a 1,000-yard receiver in 2019. He has great root-running ability and body control, and makes a ton of tough catches. He was eighth in the FBS in the catches he fought last season.
That stiffness, in part, comes from the fact that St. Brown has been lifting weights since the age of six. His father, John Brown, was a bodybuilder who twice won the Mr. Universe contest (1981.)
