Thursday Update: Tyrek Hill was not in practice on Thursday, according to Pete Sweeney. Sweeney pointed out that Hill also missed two weeks of practice last week. By the time he’s back by Friday, he should be able to go.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyrek Hill is dealing with a quad injury that will leave him out of practice on Wednesday, according to The Athletics’ Nate Taylor. Hill appeared to be hampered by his quad injury in Week 6, missing a couple drives before and after halftime.

The chances of him being able to play look good, but to feel good about his chances of being close to 100 percent for this matchup with the Titans, we have to watch him practice a lot.

Net Worth

As of 2021, Tyrek Hill’s net worth is estimated at $20 million. In 2017, the Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver paid $54 million for a three-year renovation, according to Exactnetworth.com.

The said deal reportedly included a signing bonus of $5.8 million, with $35 million guaranteed, and his average wage of $18 million a year.

His first deal to date, which he secured after being drafted in 2016, was of four years. That $2.58 million contract included a signing bonus of $70,000 and $100,000 guaranteed.

Contract

Tyrek Hill signed a 3-year extension with the Kansas City Chiefs on September 6, 2019. The expansion is fully guaranteed at $22,540,000 signing with $54 million of new money. The guarantees include a signing bonus of $5.8 million, a roster bonus of $15.2 million in 2020 (guaranteed as of September 9, 2019), and a guaranteed salary in 2019.
