Terrell Eldorado Owens, nicknamed T.O., is an American football wide receiver for the Knights of Degen of Fan Controlled Football. He previously played in the National Football League for 16 seasons.

Owens was a member of the team for seven seasons until he was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2004. Two years later, he signed with the Dallas Cowboys, where he spent three seasons. Owens’ NFL career subsequently concluded after one season each with the Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals.
He was born Terrell Eldorado Owens on December 7, 1973, to Marilyn Heard, a seventeen year old from Alexander City,Alabama. He was raised primarily by his grandmother in Alex City,as his hometown is known.

The house, located at 40 Landing Court, was a disastrous investment for Owens. After purchasing the property for $3.9 million in 2004, Owens listed it for $3.4 million in 2007. Its value plummeted by half before he finally sold it for $1.7 million in 2010.
Terrell Owens is returning to professional football to catch more passes, mentor young receivers and prove he can still play in the NFL at age 48. Owens, who was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2018, is joining the Fan Controlled Football league for its second season.
