Michael Lee McDaniel (born March 6, 1983) is an American football coach who is the head coach of the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). A former longtime assistant and scion of the Shanahan coaching tree, McDaniel began his NFL coaching career in 2005 as an intern for the Denver Broncos.
