Michael Burton Brown (born March 5, 1970) is an American basketball coach who last held the position of head coach for the Sacramento Kings in the NBA. Brown has an extensive coaching history, having previously served as head coach for the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Los Angeles Lakers, as well as an assistant coach with the Golden State Warriors. Additionally, he is the head coach of the Nigerian national basketball team.

Mike Brown began his head coaching career with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2005, leading the team to the 2007 NBA Finals, where they were swept by the San Antonio Spurs. In 2009, Brown was named NBA Coach of the Year after guiding the Cavaliers to a franchise-record and league-best 66 wins. The team followed up with another league-best 61-win season in 2010, but after falling to the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference semifinals, Brown was dismissed.
In 2011, he took over as head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers, succeeding Phil Jackson, but was let go just five games into the 2012–13 season. Brown returned to coach the Cavaliers in 2013 but was relieved of his duties after just one season.
In 2016, he joined the Golden State Warriors as associate head coach. During his tenure, the Warriors captured NBA titles by defeating the Cavaliers in 2017 and 2018 and later triumphed over the Boston Celtics in the 2022 NBA Finals.
