The Miami Dolphins are a professional American football team based in the Miami metropolitan area. They compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member team of the league’s American Football Conference (AFC) East Division. The team plays its home games at Hard Rock Stadium, located in the northern suburb of Miami Gardens, Florida. The team is currently owned by Stephen M. Ross. The Dolphins are the oldest professional sports team in Florida. Of the four AFC East teams, the Dolphins are the only team in the division that was not a charter member of the American Football League (AFL). Along with the Atlanta Falcons, the Dolphins were also the first football team in the Southeast.

Deshaun watson

Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins were apparently prepared to at least meet the price asked by the Houston Texans for Deshan Watson. Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer (via The Miami Herald’s Barry Jackson) reported that the Dolphins were set to have three first-round picks and two second-round picks on the table for Watson. However, the deal was contingent on Watson settling its 22 civil lawsuits involving allegations of sexual assault and misconduct.

Schedule 2021

Miami Dolphins

Some highlights of the season include head coach Brian Flores, the first Dolphins coach since Don Shula to beat the New England Patriots multiple times at Gillette Stadium, Miami’s first win over the Carolina Panthers since 2009, and their first win over the New York Giants. since 2003 (which was also Miami’s first home win over the Giants). The Dolphins also swept the New York Jets in back-to-back years for the first time since the 1996 and 1997 seasons.

Bleacher report

Miami Dolphins

After a 10-6 season in 2020 that left them just out of the playoffs, the Dolphins’ hopes of entering 2021 are another step forward. With quarterback Tua Tagovailoa entering his first full year as a starter and now fully recovering from a hip injury in college, it is understandable to expect another move from the team. But, Alex Kay of Bleacher Report doesn’t see it that way. Writing in a post this week, Kay included the Dolphins as one of seven teams that are “most likely to be disappointed” in 2021, giving him the hope of showing off their winning total.
