Klay Thompson Dating History: Girlfriends, Ex-Girlfriends and Exes

Klay Thompson has built an impressive NBA career, but his dating history has also attracted plenty of attention. The Dallas Mavericks star has been linked with several well-known women, including actresses, singers, influencers and, most recently, rapper Megan Thee Stallion.

Some of Thompson’s relationships were publicly confirmed, while others were based on reports or dating rumors. His most recent romance with Megan became particularly high-profile before the couple split in April 2026.

Here is a look at Klay Thompson’s known dating history, including his girlfriends and notable exes.

Klay Thompson and Megan Thee Stallion

Megan Thee Stallion is Klay Thompson’s most recent high-profile ex-girlfriend. The pair were first linked in 2025 after fans noticed Thompson appearing in one of Megan’s social media posts.

Their relationship became public in July 2025. Thompson and Megan later appeared together publicly, including at Megan’s Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala. Their romance progressed quickly, and reports said they purchased a home together in October 2025.

The relationship ended in April 2026. Megan publicly accused Thompson of infidelity and said trust, fidelity and respect were important to her. She later described the breakup as abrupt and said she was still processing what happened.

As of October 2026, Megan is therefore one of the most notable names on Klay Thompson’s list of ex-girlfriends.

It is also important to separate confirmed information from social-media speculation. A viral claim that Thompson discussed the breakup during an Instagram Live was reported as unverified, with no evidence confirming that he made the comments attributed to him.

Klay Thompson and Coco Jones

Coco Jones is another prominent name associated with Thompson.

Reports linked the NBA star and singer-actress in late 2021. Their relationship was relatively private compared with Thompson’s later romance with Megan Thee Stallion.

According to relationship reports, Thompson and Jones dated from late 2021 until around June 2023. The pair generally avoided putting their romance at the center of public attention.

Jones later became romantically linked to Cleveland Cavaliers star Donovan Mitchell, and the couple announced their engagement in 2025.

Klay Thompson and Laura Harrier

Actress Laura Harrier was one of Thompson’s better-known girlfriends.

Thompson and Harrier were linked beginning in 2018. Their relationship received considerable attention because Harrier was regularly seen supporting Thompson during his NBA career.

The two were also seen together at public events. Their relationship reportedly continued into 2019 and 2020, although reports differ over the precise timeline. They eventually went their separate ways.

Harrier and Thompson kept much of their relationship private, so some details surrounding their breakup remain based on media reports rather than direct statements from both individuals.

Klay Thompson and Eiza González

Klay Thompson was also linked to Mexican actress Eiza González in 2019.

The pair were photographed leaving a dinner date in West Hollywood in April 2019. Reports at the time described the outing as a possible romantic date, although neither Thompson nor González publicly confirmed a serious relationship.

The reported connection was brief. Thompson was later seen with Laura Harrier again, adding to speculation about the status of his relationships at the time.

Because the relationship was never clearly confirmed by both parties, Eiza González is best described as a reported romantic link rather than a confirmed long-term girlfriend.

Klay Thompson and Hannah Stocking

Hannah Stocking is often identified as one of Klay Thompson’s earliest publicly known girlfriends.

The influencer and comedian reportedly dated Thompson from 2014 to 2015. Their breakup attracted attention after Stocking posted accusations of infidelity on social media.

Thompson did not publicly confirm the allegations. As a result, the circumstances of their breakup should be treated as reported claims rather than established facts.

The relationship remains an important part of searches for Klay Thompson’s early dating history.

Klay Thompson and Tiffany Suarez

Thompson was also linked to Tiffany Suarez in 2015 following his split from Hannah Stocking.

Suarez was a college basketball player at the time, and reports identified her as another woman Thompson dated during that period. Their reported relationship did not last long and remained relatively private.

Klay Thompson and Carleen Henry

Carleen Henry was another name connected to Thompson in 2015.

Reports have described their relationship as brief. Unlike Thompson’s relationships with Laura Harrier or Megan Thee Stallion, there was considerably less public information about the pair.

For that reason, Carleen Henry is generally included among Thompson’s reported romantic connections rather than his most publicly documented relationships.

Abigail Ratchford and Klay Thompson

Model and social media personality Abigail Ratchford has also been mentioned in lists of Thompson’s dating history.

However, the evidence surrounding this connection is weaker than for Thompson’s better-documented relationships. Some relationship databases classify the pair as a rumored encounter rather than a confirmed relationship.

Therefore, it is more accurate to describe Ratchford as a rumored link rather than definitively calling her one of Thompson’s former girlfriends.

Klay Thompson Dating History Timeline

The exact dates for some earlier relationships vary among entertainment and celebrity publications, so the timeline should not be treated as an official record.
