Shohei Ohtani went 0-for-4 with three strikeouts in his third game back after spending 13 games on the injured list because of right biceps discomfort.
While Ohtani did not contribute offensively, the Dodgers received enough production from Hernández and Pages to win a low-scoring Dodgers – Giants matchup.

After Skubal exited following seven dominant innings, Roki Sasaki took over in the eighth.
Sasaki delivered a perfect inning and recorded two strikeouts, setting up Tanner Scott for the save. Scott closed out the game for his 24th save of the season.
The entire contest lasted just one hour and 53 minutes. According to MLB, it was the second-fastest game in the history of the Giants’ ballpark and the fastest Giants-Dodgers game since a 1-hour, 50-minute meeting on Aug. 30, 1958.
