Danny Rose revealed that he had depression, which he believes was caused by treatment for a knee injury, as well as a family tragedy. In an extraordinary interview with England taking off for the World Cup, Tottenham said it lost track of how often it had injections of blood thinners and painkillers.
The 27-year-old’s mental health deteriorated as she struggled with the triple trauma of her uncle killing herself, her mother Angela being racially abused and an assailant who shot her brother inside the family home.

Danny Rose’s short-lived Watford tenure is coming to an end when the full-back was told he would not play for the club again.
Rose signed a two-year deal at Vicarage Road last June and left Tottenham after 14 years, but the Premier League club has made him available for transfer this month.
Earlier this season, Watford manager Claudio Ranieri called on the full-back to return to his career-best form, which saw him earn 29 caps for England.
“I remember Danny when he played for Tottenham and the England national team and I need this Danny,” Ranieri said.
