Vs Charles Oliveira:
Charles Oliveira has suggested making the second defence of his lightweight title against Conor McGregor in this weekend’s upcoming UFC event.
Oliveira defeated McGregor’s rival Dustin Poirier at UFC 269 just three days ago, overcoming a knockdown in the opening 30 seconds to submit Poirier in the third round.
McGregor slammed Poirier for his “embarrassing” performance whilst replying to Nate Diaz on Twitter and labelled his “closed guard” game in the second round as “shocking”.
Darren:
This Saturday night at UFC 264, McGregor will attempt to get his UFC lightweight title quest back on track when he goes head to head with Dustin Poirier. Darren Till, on the other hand, will battle Derek Brunson in a crucial middleweight clash later this year.
Both men have been through their fair share of trials both inside and outside of the octagon, but they’ve maintained a pretty loyal fanbase through it all.
