Keenum has $8 million guaranteed at the time of signing, which includes her base salary of $1.5 million in 2020, $2.5 million of her base salary in 2021, and her $4 million signing bonus.
If Keenum is on the Browns roster on the third day of the 2021 league year, an additional $2 million of his base salary will be fully guaranteed (currently, another $4.5 million of his base salary in 2021 is guaranteed for injury).
2022 is where things get a little bizarre. If Keenum is on the roster on the third day of the 2022 league year (March 21), he will receive a roster bonus of $1 million. However, before that, after the 2021 season, Keenum has until February 11, 2022 to cancel the final year of his contract. However, if he decides to do so, Keenum will have to pay Brown $3.5 million.
Unless Mayfield is benched and Keenum becomes a Super Bowl quarterback or something, I see no reason for him to pull out of his deal in 2022. Now, the Browns may choose to dump his contract (since he will have his cap of $7.83 million in 2022), but it seems unlikely that Keenum will choose the route of canceling his contract.

Salary

With the salary range official, the Cleveland Browns may begin negotiating deals in the coming weeks to create additional cap space they may need. There are four contracts that stand out in this regard.

Now that the salary range is official, teams including the Cleveland Browns can start negotiating contracts to make more money, as there is a real framework for both teams and agents to work from. There are a few contracts that Brown can revisit to build some financial flexibility.

Not all renegotiated contracts are the same and the Browns may be looking to expand players in exchange for some of the salary cap space as opposed to a straight pay cut, which may be more viable in other locations.

In fall camp prior to the 2007 season, the Cougars held a de facto quarterback contest to fill the starting position vacated by the departure of four-year starter Kevin Kolb. The competition swung between Keenum and sophomore Blake Joseph over two-a-days and throughout most of the season, with each player displaying a different set of strengths and weaknesses. The pair have been together since they were both teenagers, and he followed her every step of the way during his NFL journey. They went to college in Houston together, and Case took advantage of his place on the college football team to propose to her at the 50-yard line of the football field.

During his fifth year at Houston, Case tore his ACL for a tackle after throwing an interception. He was given his sixth year of eligibility, and Kimberly helped him get back on the field and stood by his side during rehabilitation. He spoke to ESPN’s Evan Maisel about this and said he wouldn’t be able to do this to anyone else.
