Andrew Gregory Dalton (born October 29, 1987) nicknamed “The Red Rifle” is an American football quarterback for the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL). Dalton was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2011. Dalton has also played for the Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Bears. He played college football at TCU, where he became the school leader in quarterback victories and won the 2011 Rose Bowl.

Shooting range
The Andy Dalton Shooting Range and Outdoor Education Center was constructed in the Bois d’Arc conservation area and opened for business in February 1995. Originally part of the Department’s Wildlife Division, the facility was called the Bois d’Arc Shooting Range. Shortly thereafter, supervision of the range was transferred to the Conservation Division. In 1996, a dedication ceremony was held and the facility was officially named after the Andy Dalton Shooting Range and Training Center, named after Mr. Andy Dalton, a former Conservation Commissioner for southwest Missouri. .
During 2000, the facility received an upgrade, adding an outdoor education facility, another mesh shooting area, and another skeet shooting area. Since then, there have been frequent upgrades and programs added making this employee facility one of the best in Missouri.
During 2003, the facility’s supervision was transferred to the Education Branch and shifted to focus more on hunting and sporting game education programs. Today, the range is called the Andy Dalton Shooting Range and Outdoor Education Center.
