Moxley nearly drops Orange with the Death Rider! Orange flipped out Moxley. Jon Moxley grabbed Orange and hit him with the High Angle Death Rider and pinned Cassidy! And the new AEW International Champion…Jon Moxley!

After CM Punk was fired “with cause” from All Elite Wrestling, a dark cloud was hanging over the promotion at All Out in Punk’s hometown of Chicago.

For the second year in a row, the Punk controversy affected the promotion’s plans. However, against the odds, AEW’s wrestlers came together and performed when it mattered most.

It was a hot card from top to bottom at All Out inside the United Center, as grievances were resolved in the ring and various titles were at stake. Only one title changed hands, and it came at the expense of 2023 Wrestler of the Year.

After over 31 successful title defenses and a reign of 326 days as AEW International Champion, Orange Cassidy suffered a defeat to Jon Moxley of Blackpool Combat Club. Cassidy, who had been through a lot during his time as champion, was finally faced with a bloodthirsty Moxley, who did everything he could to break down the exhausted Cassidy.

Cassidy used the fans’ support and adrenaline to stage a comeback at several points. It wasn’t enough, as the former AEW World Champion defeated him to add more gold to his collection.

AEW announced on Friday that it terminated CM Punk’s contract after he was involved in a backstage incident at All In last weekend in London.

Punk, who made his AEW debut in 2021 after being away from wrestling for more than seven years, returned from injury in June as the face of AEW’s new weekly Saturday show Collision.

According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp and multiple other reports, Punk and “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry were involved in a backstage brawl before the start of the main card at All In, which was held in front of over 80,000 spectators at London’s Wembley Stadium.

During the match against Hook at the Zero Hour pre-show, Perry pointed to the windshield of a car on stage and commented, “Real glass, cry me a river.”

If there wasn’t already a ton of intrigue surrounding the main event of Sunday’s show, it got even more intense with MJF and Adam Cole’s victory over Australian Open’s Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis in the opening match.

The fans in attendance went wild for the finish, which included a teased kangaroo kick and a powerful double clothesline, and they greeted the outcome with a reaction that matched the enormity of the moment.

The match was solid, the story was at its core, and fans reacted accordingly at every opportunity.

After the match, Cole looked carefully at the AEW World Championship belt, not giving up on his goal despite the joy of winning the title.
