Highlights
Aidan O’Connell graduated from Purdue as one of the best quarterbacks ever, having walked on as a freshman. Born and raised in Long Grove, Aidan went to Purdue University as a walk-on. He had no ranking because he had only played a year of football at Adlai Stevenson HS. His record as a senior was impressive: he passed for 2741 yards and recorded 26 touchdowns – both of them remain as Boca Raton High School’s all-time records. O’Connell received a Division II offer from Davenport University, but decided to walk on at Purdue instead.
