The Mets continued to strengthen their position player mix by announcing a deal with free agent outfielder Mark Canha on Tuesday. Kanha’s contract will see him amass a signing bonus of $12MM in 2022 and then $10.5MM in 2023. The 2024 Club option is valued at $11.5MM and has a $2MM buyout attached.
