FIFA has unveiled 16 cities in the United States, Canada and Mexico that will host matches during the 2026 World Cup – the first time in history that the three nations will co-host an international football championship.

“The stellar line-up of the World Cup 2026 host cities has been unveiled,” world football’s governing body FIFA tweeted on Thursday.

Eleven US cities were selected, with three Mexican cities – Guadalajara, Monterrey and Mexico City – and two in Canada, Toronto and Vancouver.

Technically, it’s written Warriors. For years, this made up half of the NBA’s best question: Who was better, the Rockets or the Golden State Warriors?

Peyton Manning vs Tom Brady also used to be a serious debate. Brady is now in a different sports world than Manning was.

Same for the Rockets vs Warriors. And right now, rebuilding the best team in the NBA (again) is in a different dimension than the Rockets, who have spent the past two seasons as the league’s worst team.

Simply and factually put: the Warriors have done what the Rockets could not.

With 158 days to go until the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, global football’s governing body, FIFA, has named 16 cities that will host the World Cup in Canada, Mexico and the United States.

The US will host a total of 60 games in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Atlanta, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami and New York/New Jersey. The Canadian cities of Vancouver and Toronto will combine with Mexican hosts in Monterrey, Guadalajara and Mexico City to participate in the remaining 20 games.
