His Wikipedia page is not available at the moment. Will was a former basketball player while in college. He attended Williams College, Massachusetts which is a Division III liberal arts college.
In 2010 the future head coach began working as a video intern at the San Antonio Spurs. In 2013, he became the official video coordinator for Spurs after which he was promoted to assistant coach for the team.
Hardy assisted the team for four seasons under head coach and five-time NBA champion Greg Popovich. He also assisted coach Popovich at the 2019 Basketball World Cup and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
