Valarie Carolyn Allman is an American track and field athlete specializing in discus throw. He won the gold medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics.

Valarie Allman danced for as long as she can remember. She embraced ballet, jazz, hip-hop, tap and contemporary dance from the age of 10 and performed competitively.

“Dancing was my first love,” she recalls. “Growing up, it was such a fun and challenging sport with endless opportunities to learn.”

“It was so exciting to try new movements and gain confidence in how my body moves with practice. It was so rewarding to see such clear progress.”

Valerie Caroline Allman is an athlete who studied product design and achieved a podium finish at the ongoing Olympics.

She did her graduation in product design from Standard University and later joined for a masters in communications.

Valerie is originally from Longmont, Colorado. He did his schooling from Silver Creek High School (Longmont, Colo.).

On Monday, she needed only one of those dances to become an Olympic gold medalist. Allman made some well-rounded moves, spun and then threw the discus 68.98 m (226–3) on his first attempt during the evening session at Tokyo’s Olympic Stadium. That throw won him not only his first Olympics, but also Team USA’s first gold medal in track and field at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.

Germany’s Kristin Pudenz won the silver medal, while Cuba’s Yaime Perez won the bronze.
