The UCF Knights football team represents the University of Central Florida (UCF) in the sport of American football. Player injured
The UCF is seemingly plagued by the injury bug, with about 12 position players injured in 10 games this season.
Knights head coach Gus Malzan said during a press conference on Monday that he has not suffered so many untimely injuries in a season in his entire coaching tenure. Even Malzan himself was added to the list of injured knights after fracturing his tibia while celebrating a victory with defensive back Quadric Bullard earlier this month.

Highlights
UCF is in pain after a crushing 55-28 loss to the SMU Mustangs last week. UCF was down 45-21 at the end of the third quarter, which was too much to recover from. UCF’s loss came despite a quality game from RB Marc-Antoine Richards, who scored two TDs and 104 yards on eight carries. One of the most memorable plays of the competition was Richards’ 58-yard touchdown rush in the third quarter. Richards’ quick performance made his single-game rushing touchdown high for the season.
After failing to capitalize on an early lead against Clemson Tigers, Yukon suffered a bitter defeat last week. Yukon was pulverized by Clemson 44-7. The Huskies were in a tough position by half, with the score already sitting at 30-7.
With an expected 30.5-point (!) margin of victory, the Knights are the favorites. But bettors beware: they are only 2-5 against the spread when favored.
