Tyler Randall Gibbs (born October 4, 2002) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the number 54 Toyota Supra for Gibbs Racing. Gibbs was the 2021 ARCA Maynards Series champion. He is the grandson of former NFL coach and current NASCAR team owner Joe Gibbs.

They were weak, so I can’t say much about that. It’s kind of funny,” Meyer told reporters at the track. “I just gave him a bumper for $100, and he got upset about it. But he has been doing this to everyone every week until now. I don’t understand how it can be one-sided.”

Unfortunately, a NASCAR official was injured in the stampede. As noted by Noah Lewis of TSJSports, an officer was put on a stretcher and taken to an ambulance with unspecified injuries.

For Brandon Jones, Friday night’s win was the fifth of his Xfinity Series career and his first since Darlington in September 2020. Landon Cassill finished second, followed by A.J. Allmender, Austin Hill, Meyer, Riley Herbst, Ryan Truex, Gibbs, Ryan Sieg and Jeremy Clements.

The $100,000 bonus probably fueled this skirmish
Both drivers were competing for a Dash4Cash bonus of $100,000. So money, like love, can make you do crazy things, like a pit row fight around hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of equipment.

Gibbs said he didn’t want to fight. Really. He just had a few thoughts he’d like to share.

“I tried to talk to him and he got in my face and at that point, we had to start fighting,” said Ty Gibbs, grandson of team founder Joe.

“We were put in a bad position there. The only thing I’m mad about (the mayor) was nothing. He wasn’t going to get past (third place AJ Allmender) and I just left Was killed in the rear.

But NASCAR fans tried to identify the villain. And hint, it wasn’t the mayor. NASCAR fan Austin Koensky tweeted:

“Tie Gibbs punching Sam Meyer in the face repeatedly with the helmet is a cowardly move. Hate it or not. I won’t be angry if NASCAR decides to issue a fine or suspension to Gibbs. Immature.” Ridiculous behavior.”

Late Friday night, fans watching the NASCAR Xfinity Series race got a little extra action.

After the thrilling race, the two drivers decided to set their gap off the track and not on it. A scuffle broke out after the race after Ty Gibbs and Sam Meyer had a little trouble with each other on the track.

In one video, Gibbs can be seen wearing a helmet, while Meyer is not. When Meyer pushed him, Gibbs threw a punch and they got into a scuffle together as the others tried to break it.

Tempers flared, fistfights were thrown and short track racing was at its finest on Friday (April 8) night.

Brandon Jones brought the trophy in the NASCAR Xfinity Series Call 811 Before You Dig 250 at Martinsville Speedway, but the story of leaving the paperclip was a fight between Ty Gibbs and Sam Meyer.

Gibbs, who led a race-high of 197 in 261 laps and won the first two stages, finished eighth after contacting Meyer on the final lap, battling for a $100,000 and Dash 4 cash win. After passing Gibbs, Meyer finished fifth, although he also failed to capture Dash 4 Cash Money.
