Did play baseball
After all, Brady was a capable baseball player. He appeared in 61 varsity baseball games and posted a solid stat line, scoring .331 runs with 8 home runs, 11 doubles and 44 runs. He was also named an All-League catcher as a high school senior.
However, he eventually decided not to pursue a career in baseball and tried his luck in football. Brady joined the University of Michigan, was selected by the New England Patriots in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft, and won six Super Bowls with the organization. He later won seventh place as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and cemented himself as the greatest player of all time.
In the summer of 1995 Brady made a different decision, although it all may have looked quite different. He may be the most famous but he isn’t the only notable “what if…” in NFL history: Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was selected in the MLB Draft, as were fellow QBs like Dan Marino, John Elway, Troy . Ackman, Russell Wilson, Colin Kaepernick and Deontay Culpepper.
Diet
Tom Brady is widely known for his seven Super Bowl wins and his very strict performance-enhancing diet. NFL quarterbacks eat mostly plant-based foods with a focus on anti-inflammatory and alkaline foods that are almost always organic and locally sourced. When he consumes animal products, it is usually lean protein sources such as fish.
As the oldest quarterback in NFL history to start and win the Super Bowl, Brady regularly makes sports headlines. In recent years, Brady’s eating habits have garnered almost as much attention as his performances on the field. People started taking interest in his diet when he revealed that he eats mostly plant based.
The Tom Brady diet – also known as the TB12 diet – is a high-protein, plant-based diet that includes gluten, dairy, corn, soy, MSG, coffee, alcohol, GMOs, sugar, trans fats, highly processed foods , even more. Some fruits and vegetables, such as nightshade, are off-limits like some oils.
While the rules on the Tom Brady Diet are strict, the plan is packed with nutrients and is designed to reduce or eliminate certain foods he believes can cause bloating. Brady claims that his diet increases energy, prevents bone injuries, enhances athletic performance and enhances recovery.
Like many professional athletes and celebrities, Brady and his supermodel wife, Gisele Bündchen, have personal chefs to cook healthy meals for their family. The couple’s former personal chef, Alan Campbell, worked with Brady to develop the TB12 nutrition manual, which centers around a vegan diet and features seasonal, organic, and local produce.
Retire
We may not see Tom Brady in the 2027 Super Bowl.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht sowed the seeds of his playing quarterback for the first time until age 50, telling “The Rich Eisen Show” last month that Brady had given no indication about when he might retire. .
“I told him that if he wants to play until he’s 50, and he’s still playing and he thinks he can still play, he can play until he’s 50,” Licht said.
But that timeline could also be in place for the very aggressive Brady, who won his seventh Super Bowl title in February at 43.
