Brady was called out for the first non-playing conduct penalty of his career during Sunday’s NFC Divisional Round matchup with the Rams after a hit from Von Miller caught him in the mouth. Miller’s hit initially hit Brady in the chest, but his helmet made some contact with Brady’s mouth, causing a cut.
Anyway, Brady was not happy. He showed the officers a cut of his lip in an attempt to inflict harsh punishment. Instead, he got himself a penalty.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady has admitted to reprimanding officials over the years.
In the second quarter of Tampa’s loss to the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Divisional Playoff Round, Brady again went to the officials when he felt Rams linebacker Von Miller should have been called in to ruff a passer-by.
Brady was instead called in for a non-player conduct penalty, and referee Shawn Hochuly said the seven-time Super Bowl champion used abusive language toward him. It was the first time Brady was flagged for non-playing conduct in his 22-year career.

Sources told ESPN on Saturday that Tom Brady is retiring from football after 22 seasons in which he won seven Super Bowl titles.
When Brady, widely considered the greatest quarterback in NFL history, left the field last weekend following the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ loss to the Los Angeles Rams, he knew it was probably a football player. As was his last assignment, sources said. Sources said that in the days since then, he has spent time digesting that mindset and is preparing for the next chapter of his life and career as well as announcing his retirement.
Sources said Brady’s decision to retire is based on a number of factors, including family and health. Although it is low-key, Brady also believes the Buccaneers are likely to undergo significant roster business, the sources said.
Brady, 44, has been adamant for weeks that he never wanted “farewell season” and that many who knew him believed he wanted the decision to be made without any drama. Sources said that he will focus on new endeavors and believes it is the right time to end his playing career.
It is unknown when Brady will formalize his plans to retire, but the move will be considered in order not to go ahead with the NFL’s post-season games, including the Super Bowl. Brady’s company, TB12 Sports, sent out a tweet that appeared to confirm his decision but later deleted the post.
