Leading up to The Masters, the big question everyone is wondering is simple: Will Tiger Woods play?
After a week of practice at the Wanted Track and host of the first major championships of the year and with all signs pointing to his return to where he put on the Green Jacket five times before, Woods is ready on the press conference schedule for The Masters. in on Tuesday, April 5 at 11 a.m. ET.
It is at this point that we expect Woods to make an official announcement about whether or not he will officially make it to the start of the tournament on Thursday. Don’t miss this stuff for golf fans and hence, don’t miss it.

It’s here that we should vent our pet peeves: Winning the Masters lottery is so hard, there are so many people who are forced to watch this tournament and course from home. So it is disheartening to see some of the lottery winning fans vigorously using their badges to buy as many merchandise as possible and immediately leaving the premises without seeing a shot.
That’s why we appreciated Howland’s reply when asked if she had any special mementos from her Masters experiences.
“I’m not a big, like, physical guy, memento,” Howland said. “I took some pictures and just memories with my mom and dad being here in 2019. Those are the more special things I love, not so many things.”
Hovland later explained that he was an upbeat person because it is in his genes and that Norway is a happy country. In short, Hovland is a great one-man marching band.
Tee time
Tee times have been announced for the first two rounds of the 86th Masters Tournament starting Thursday at Augusta National Golf Club.
Tiger Woods is scheduled to have a tee-off with Louis Osthuizen and Joaquin Nieman on Thursday at 10:34 a.m. ET. The five-time Masters champion gave an update on his situation earlier Tuesday, saying, “At the moment, I feel like I’m going to play.”
The focus may be on the inclusion of Woods on the tee sheet, marking his return to competitive golf for the first time since the November 2020 Masters – but there are several other notable groups for the opening two rounds.
Here’s a look at some of the top groups:
• Bryson DeChambeau, Cameron Smith, Paul Casey (10:23 a.m. ET Thursday): 2020 US Open winner, DeChambeau, is battling an injury and joined by defending Players Champion Smith, finishing in the top-10 of four has gone. His last five Masters, and veteran Casey, who has recorded five top-10s at Augusta Nationals.
• Tiger Woods, Louis Osthuizen, Joaquin Niemann (10:34 a.m. ET Thursday): Five-time Masters champion Woods, in his much-anticipated return after a car accident in February 2021 where he considered amputation of his right leg, 2010 Open Championship winner Osthuizen, who has recorded six runner-up finishes in major championships, and 23-year-old Neiman, who won the Woods-hosted Genesis Invitational this year, are joined.
