Wednesday was a night of celebration as the World Golf Hall of Fame welcomed its new members. Former PGA Tour commissioner Tim Finckham was inducted as women’s golf legends Susie Maxwell Burning and Marion Hollins. But the main attraction, unequivocally, was an Eldrick “Tiger” Woods.

The 15-time major winner was cornered by those closest to her on the special night, and her daughter Sam introduced her to her father before taking her next step in the history books. It was a night to remember at the PGA Tour’s gleaming new headquarters, Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., and one the golf community at large won’t soon forget.

2009

November 2009, not only physically harmed her but also exposed her extramarital affairs.

Golf champion Tiger Woods was hospitalized in Los Angeles on Tuesday after his car skidded off a road and rolled down a steep hill. He suffered serious leg injuries, which were not considered life-threatening.

However, this is not the first time athletes have been involved in a car accident. The accident that happened in November 2009 not only physically harmed them but also exposed their extramarital affairs.

Widely regarded as one of the best golfers of all time, a 2009 scandal shattered his Golden Boy image forever. With a loving wife and two young children, Woods’ personal life seemed equally enviable. However, the turn of events occurred on November 27, 2009, followed by revelations that shocked the public.
