Two father-son duos – John Daly and his son John Daly II, and the Tigers – went up against each other at this year’s US$1 million PNC Championship at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club Orlando in Grande Lakes, Florida, on December 19. Woods and his son Charlie. The Dailys won the tournament, finishing at 27 under par, two strokes ahead of Woods, CNN reported. However, despite not winning the top prize, the prestigious competition served as a successful event for Woods. The incident not only marked Tiger’s return after a car accident that damaged his leg and bedridden him for nearly four months, it also highlighted Charlie’s charisma and performance on the golf course. After Tiger Woods and Kevin Na broke into the crowd on Green Island at The Players Championship on Saturday, the 14-time major champion was surprised by a fan’s custom Tiger gear as he walked to the next tee.

Spectator Thomas Wesling showed TPC Sawgrass on Saturday wearing a T-shirt that featured a photo of his 2017 arrest on suspicion of being influenced by Woods’ 2017 arrest. Woods said he was recounting an incident resulting from a mixture of prescription drugs while recovering from back problems.

Wesling called Woods’ name and tried to get his attention, and when Tiger didn’t slow down or turn his head, he smiled across Wesling.
