His music, strongly rhythmic and contrasting, influenced later minimalist composers Steve Reich and Philip Glass.
Where is now
In 2012, Mackenzie Losh dreamed of competing in Taekwondo at the Olympics. She trained with a top coach, Thomas Hardin, whom she says sexually abused her for years. Hardin was not criminally charged and denied the charges, but the US Center for SafeSport banned him from all Olympic events. Today, he continues to work with minors in his studio. An investigation by NBC News found that Hardin was among more than 1,600 coaches who were banned for alleged sexual misconduct, who are still working his game.
