Hurdle

Thursday against the Dallas Cowboys has been few of the highlights for the New Orleans Saints.

Quarterback Tessum Hill has provided the most with his spirited run.

This was no more apparent than in the third quarter when the versatile hill took off and Dallas DB Demonte went over, over, up and away from Kazi.

Fantasy football playoffs are starting in several leagues this weekend and if not, you’re probably only a week away. This means that the decision of the lineup is crucial for Week 14. We’ve got you the start of the week rankings and related injury news below.

injury news
Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals
Buro is battling a pinky finger dislocation he suffered in Week 13, but is set to play against the 49ers this week.

Tyrod Taylor, Houston Texan
Taylor is battling a wrist injury, so rookie Davis Mills will start against the Seahawks. Mills has shown some spark to the upside, but your d/st is mostly a quarterback to start against.

Daniel Jones, New York Giants
Jones is unlikely to play in Week 14 with his neck injury. Mike Glennon is in concussion protocol, so newly added Jake Froome could end up as a starter.

Interception

Just a week after signing an eye-opening contract extension, Tysom Hill finally got his start as quarterback for the New Orleans Saints. And it didn’t go well.

Hill threw four interceptions in Thursday Night Football’s 27-17 home loss to the Dallas Cowboys, and the last two interceptions were particularly rough.

With only five minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, Hill rolled out and tried to complete a pass downfield, but he swung the ball down the aisle and threw it as a pass for Defensive Player of the Year candidate Trayvon Diggs. Easy game made. It’s already interception number 9 in Diggs’ season, and he’d have even more if opportunities were that easy on a regular basis.
