The 34-year-old world number 103 is having a dream week in London, and her victory is inspiring working moms and thirty things around the world. The feel-good story of these championships Maria entered the main draw at Wimbledon with a 5-9 lifetime record and had not won a Grand Slam match since 2018.

She has since erased her own hopes as she races through the ages.
