Injury update
New York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard went down with a non-contact injury late in a Monday Night Football matchup with the Cowboys. The car was out for him and he was taken back to the locker room and he seemed to be in relatively good spirits, but the injury could very well have been.
Shepard had just returned from the Achilles tear and was playing well. His injury history has allowed him to play only two full seasons out of his last six seasons in the league and it now looks like he will face another lost season unless appearances fit the reality here. Hope it isn’t.
