Wardell Steph Curry II is an American professional basketball player for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association. He plays the point guard position, and is widely regarded as one of the greatest point guards of all time.

Entering Monday night’s game against the Atlanta Hawks, Stephen Curry had been held to 20 or fewer points in four consecutive games for the first time since 2014. It wasn’t a matter of if an eruption was coming. It was just a matter of when.
In a 127-113 Warriors victory over Atlanta, Curry dropped 50 points and 10 assists for the first time in his career. In doing so, Curry became the first player in the league this season to hang a 50 piece.

Steph Curry’s sister Sydel, who’s married to his Warriors teammate Damion Lee, is expecting her first child. The couple announced the good news in coordinated Instagram posts on June 16.
