The number of total knee replacements performed each year is increasing. The main obstacles to functional recovery after these surgeries include postoperative edema, pain, loss of muscle strength of the lower limbs, all of which point to the need to identify safe, effective postoperative rehabilitation modalities. The aim of this paper was to evaluate the effectiveness of the Kinesio Taping® (KT) method in reducing postoperative pain, edema, and improved knee range of motion recovery after total knee replacement (TKR) operation in the early postoperative rehabilitation period. When Romain Perrad arrives at the club this summer, it is not considered a far-fetched bet that he will make 38 Premier League appearances for Southampton this stint.

The young left-back, who was one of the stars of Ligue 1 of the previous stint, came in as a player who did heavy scouting and was recognized as the ideal replacement for outgoing Ryan Bertrand.

He arrived just days after the transfer window opened, fresh out of a boot camp in Greece designed to prepare him for the Premier League, and as a way to prepare himself to become a regular saint. The full pre-season was gifted.

His manager, Ralph Hasenhuttle, has yet to say a bad word about the former Stade Brest man. He often talks about how he likes everything about her as a character, then predicts big things to come from the 23-year-old.

Leeds United’s stance on Rafinha confirmed as Brazil’s plans for Southampton trip revealed
It is clear to see why Austrians are so fond of Peraud. When the defender sat down with Hampshire Live earlier this season, we talked about keeping his feet on the ground and staying grounded, while making it abundantly clear that he wanted to make it to the very top .

He talked about his trips to London as a teenager and his childhood love for Chelsea, both of which played a role in the prospect of a move to Hampshire.

Southampton defender Romain Peraud is set to put his Chelsea allegiances aside on Saturday as he hopes to fulfill his dream of a big bucket list.

The French full-back is a huge Chelsea supporter, having been raised in the glory days of Jose Mourinho, Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard.

As a boy, his rugby-crazy family was planning a trip to London to allow Perrad to see the Blues in action, only to water down his growing fascination with football.

And now, 13 years from the day Perad first stepped inside Stamford Bridge as an 11-year-old fan, he’s hoping to take the field as a player for the first time.
