Wife

Sony Michel

Rams running back Sony Michel used to date girlfriend Anise Davis in past.

Sony and Anise were together while Sony was still attending the University of Georgia.Likewise, Michel even has a daughter named Nuri with Anise.

However, the former couple seems to have broken up now.Nevertheless, Sony is very close to Nuri and calls her the “loving gift” of his life.

Fantasy

The Patriots in return will receive a fifth and sixth round pick from the Rams. Michel likely picks up more work in Los Angeles than he would have in New England after the emergence of Rhamondre Stevenson. Michel was a possible roster cut, so instead the Pats were able to get some compensation in return. Darrell Henderson probably loses a few touches to Michel, but he’s still the back to roster in Los Angeles. Damien Harris might be the biggest winner of all in this deal as he now becomes the unquestioned RB1 for the Patriots.

Trade

Less than three years ago, in Super Bowl LIII in Atlanta, the Rams watched in despair when Sony Michel rushed for a decisive fourth-quarter touchdown that sent them to defeat.

Now they are aiming for Michel to help carry them back to the Super Bowl.

On Wednesday, the Rams traded for the fourth-year running back, sending two draft picks to the New England Patriots for a player expected to fill the void left after Cam Akers suffered a season-ending Achilles injury on the eve of training camp.
