“Why do they do it? They make it worse,” Shiloh said during an appearance on the Pat McAfee show. “We were really just talking about that. Some of the receivers and my dad were there and I heard them talking about it and I was like ‘What did he say?’ And they told me. I thought why do they do this to themselves every week?

Norvell criticized Sanders on his weekly radio show on Wednesday night, saying:
“I sat down with ESPN today. And I don’t care if they hear it in Boulder. I told them, ‘I took my hat off, and I took my glasses off.’ And I said, ‘When I talk to adults, I take off my hat and glasses.’ That’s what my mom taught me.
