She added: ‘To avoid some trouble, it’s important not to use so much ice in your beverages. Sometimes it stops you and puts you under too much pressure.
‘I’ve learned that taking hot, hot showers, as hot as you can tolerate it, helps clear those passages. And working out helps a lot. It keeps you clean, your chest clear, and everything clean.
