After teasing a huge story about a release, Giri said on Twitter, “I hear Sasha Banks has been released. I don’t know if she requested for it or it was at the end of WWE.

Banks has had a rocky relationship with WWE, which most recently took an ugly turn last month when Banks and former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Naomi walked out during the May 16 broadcast of Raw.
