Puka Nakua is getting his fair share of reception from Matthew Stafford. This season, he has already set the record for most receptions by a rookie wide receiver in a game in the NFL with 15 receptions. And one can safely assume that the person who is taking him to such heights is his late father.
However, tragedy struck in 2012 when Lionel died due to complications from diabetes. He was just 45 years old. He never saw his son succeed in college or the NFL. However, all of his sons respected his desire to play for his favorite team: the BYU Cougars.

Rams rookie Puka Nakua had an impressive first NFL game. He caught the ball 15 times and gained over 100 yards. This made fantasy football managers excited to have him on their teams. However, the concern is that he did not practice on Thursday due to an arm muscle injury.
