Norman WC Powell (born May 25, 1993[1]) is an American professional basketball player for the Portland Trail Blazers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Powell played college basketball with the UCLA Bruins, where he was an all-conference player in the Pac-12. He was selected in the second round of the 2015 NBA Draft by the Milwaukee Bucks, who later traded his draft rights to the Toronto Raptors. He won the NBA Championship with Toronto in 2019.

Portland Trail Blazers guard Norman Powell is the latest member of the team to be ruled out due to the league’s health and safety protocols.
Powell Portland’s backcourt pair, Damien Lillard and CJ McCallum, have both been playing even more important roles than usual due to injuries.
The Trail Blazers currently have no other players on health and safety protocols. All players already sitting out have been cleared and are expected to be with the team for Sunday’s game against the Sacramento Kings.
However, the Portland guard will be without Lillard and McCullum as well as forward Larry Nance Jr., who was injured in the Blazers’ most recent game on Friday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
