Age
Nicklin Helms is now 21 years old. He was born on 18 January 2000. So as per her date of birth, she is 21 years old. She is very young and has a lot of effort.
Height
Hames stands at a distance of 1.8 meters from the ground. She is very tall and that height suits her too.
Injury
Nicklin Helms seemed to be a certainty as Nebraska entered the 2021 season. But now she is also in the air as she injured her right ankle during a red-white scrimmage on Saturday night. NU coach John Cook said on Monday he does not expect a three-year starter to be available for this weekend’s opening matches, but considers the injury short-lived.
Sister
Nicklin and his sister, Kylie, are playing in each tournament. Hams is in his third season as the Huskers’ starting setter, while Kayleigh is a defensive specialist for Pepperdine.
Parents
In a typical year, Jason and Christine must decide which daughter to watch at the NCAA Tournament. However, after a full season in Omaha, the parents get to cheer both Nicklin and Kayleigh Heames off the stands. “It’s overwhelming. It saved us a trip from being in two different cities at a time choosing who is going to see one or the other. We love Omaha, it’s a great place, It’s beautifully setup for events like this and we’re having a great time,” said Jason Hyams.
