Vrabel is 2-0 against the Patriots’ Bill Belichick, his former coach, the most recent victory coming in the 2019 AFC Wild Card, which marked Tom Brady’s last game in a Patriots uniform. Vrabel won three Super Bowls in seven seasons in New England as a player (2001-08).

The Patriots’ defense posted the 13th shutout of coach Bill Belichick’s New England tenure, intercepting Matt Ryan and both of his backups in a 25-0 victory over the Falcons on Thursday night in Atlanta.
Ryan was benched for the final two minutes of the game, with backup Josh Rosen taking over. Rosen threw a pick-six to linebacker Kyle Van Noy to seal the Falcons’ fate even tighter.
State:
Van Noy dominated the Falcons with two sacks to go with the pick-six. New England’s defense held Atlanta’s offense to 165 total yards and 3.2 yards per play.
The Pats are now tied with the Ravens for most shutouts since 2000.
