Last week’s Raw ended with Becky Lynch losing to Asuka due to blurred vision. On Monday night, Lynch had the opportunity to get some form of revenge, as well as earn himself a title shot at the upcoming Hell in a Cell event.

Lynch would top her rematch with Asuka, making the Hell in a Cell match a triple threat match for Bianca Belair’s Raw Women’s Championship. Hell in a Cell takes place on June 5 from Chicago.

CBS Sports was with you all night long with recaps and highlights of all the activities at the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana.

The Miz and Maryse were next for an episode of “Miz TV”. He kicked off the new season of his reality show and sported his heel persona a little before Riddle decided to make an unscheduled appearance.

He traded some insults until Ciampa came out of nowhere to attack the former MMA fighter. This led to The Miz clashing with Riddle in a match. The A-lister was forced to wrestle in her suit, but at least she took off her tie first.

Once we returned from the commercial break, Riddle easily took control and attempted to hit an RKO before The Miz was out of the ring. The brother grabbed her by the back pocket and tore her pants.

Riddle hits an RKO for the win. The crowd reacted positively to it, but it wasn’t something people would talk about until next week.

Beginning as WWF’s Monday Night Raw, the show first aired on the USA Network on January 11, 1993 as a replacement for Prime Time Wrestling, which aired on the network for eight years. The original Raw was sixty minutes in length and broke new ground in television professional wrestling. Traditionally, wrestling shows were taped on sound stages with small audiences or in large arena shows. The Raw formula was quite different from the taped weekend shows that aired at the time, such as Superstars and Wrestling Challenge. Instead of matches taped weeks earlier with studio voice-overs and taped discussions, Raw was a show shot and broadcast to a live audience, as it happened.

Raw

Riddle & The Street Profits def. The Usos & Sami Zayn via pinfall when Riddle hit Zayn with an RKO. The match came after a Riddle promo questioning the future of RK-Bro, though not his love for Randy Orton. After Riddle took over the match, The Usos walked off, leaving Zayn to his fate.

Rhea Ripley & Damian Priest def. AJ Styles & Liv Morgan via pinfall when Ripley pinned Morgan following interference by Edge. After the match, Judgement Day continued their attack on Morgan and Styles, with Edge hitting a spear on Styles and Ripley hitting Morgan with Riptide.

Veer Mahan appeared on Jerry Lawler’s “King’s Court” and was about to attack Lawler before The Mysterios made the save, dropkicking Mahan several times to run him off.

Alexa Bliss def. Nikki A.S.H. via pinfall after hitting Twisted Bliss.
Cody Rhodes def. The Miz via disqualification after interference from Seth Rollins. Rhodes was in control of the match when Rollins interfered. Rollins and Miz continued attacking Rhodes after the match, whipping him into the ring steps before Rollins whipped Rhodes across the back with his belt.
Ezekiel def. Chad Gable via pinfall with a roll-up. Gable was distracted when Otis and Kevin Owens were ejected from ringside, setting up the finish. After the match, Owens challenged Ezekiel to a match at Hell in a Cell.
MVP def. Bobby Lashley via count out when Lashley got distracted by Omos outside the ring. The winner of the match was given the right to decide the stipulation for the match between Lashley and Omos at Hell in a Cell.
