The Minnesota North Stars were a professional ice hockey team in the National Hockey League for 26 seasons from 1967 to 1993. The North Stars played their home games at the Met Center in Bloomington, and for most of its history the team’s colors were green, yellow, gold and white.

The 1990–91 Minnesota North Stars season was the 24th season of the North Stars. The most important aspect of the season was that despite qualifying for the playoffs with the Under-500 (or “losing”) under a regular-season record, the team reached the Stanley Cup Finals as Clarence Campbell Conference Champions, leading to Chicago and St. was eliminated.

The Minnesota North Stars were a professional ice hockey team in the National Hockey League (NHL) from 1967 to 1993. The team played their home games at the Met Center in Bloomington, Minnesota. The team’s colors (for most of their history) were green, gold and white.
