Miles Emmanuel Bridges Sr. (born March 21, 1998) is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Charlotte Hornets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is best known for his stint playing for the Charlotte Hornets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Michigan State Spartans. A native of Flint, Michigan, he competed for Flint Southwestern Academy (freshman season) at the high school level before moving on to Huntington Prep School for his sophomore, junior, and senior year. Bridges was selected 12th overall by the Los Angeles Clippers in the 2018 NBA Draft, but was traded to the Hornets on draft night.

The mother of two of Miles Bridges’ children shared several disturbing images of injuries sustained at the hands of NBA forward…
“I hate that it has come to this, but I can’t keep quiet anymore,” Michael Johnson said in an Instagram post on Thursday. “I have allowed someone to destroy my house, abuse me in every possible way, and harass our children for the rest of my life.”
TMZ Sports breaks the story – Bridges was arrested Wednesday on a domestic violence charge… after Johnson’s claim that they got into an argument that turned into a physical one.
The woman’s identity was not disclosed at the time, but Johnson is now breaking his silence on the alleged incident… and his version of the story is disturbing.

Michelle Johnson, the wife of former Hornets forward Miles Bridges, released a statement Friday with a series of photos following Wednesday’s arrest of Bridges in Los Angeles on a domestic violence charge.
Bridges, 24, turned herself in to the Los Angeles Police Department on Tuesday night following an alleged physical altercation with Johnson, 24. Less than 48 hours later, Johnson addressed the situation on Instagram, sharing photos that show evidence of injuries sustained during his feud with Bridges. The post also included an image of a discharge form from the hospital detailing the following diagnosis: “Adult victim of physical abuse by male partner; strangulation attack, concussion of the brain, closed fracture of the nasal bone, rib lesion, multiple wounds, neck muscle strain.

Despite some confusion, Villanova’s Michal Bridge is not related to the Miles Bridge in the state of Michigan. Some college basketball fans have wondered whether the two are brothers, but both come from different families. Mikal grew up in Philadelphia, and now hits the road for the Wildcats. Mikael has an older brother, Eric Bridges (26), along with two younger brothers: Jack Bridges (16) and Corey Bridges (13).
Miles grew up in Flint, Michigan, but went to high school in Huntington, West Virginia. Like Michal, Miles stayed close to his hometown to play for Michigan State. Miles has a sister, Tara Rushing.

After Hornets free agent forward Miles Bridges was arrested in Los Angeles on domestic violence charges, his partner, Michael Johnson, shared graphic images in an Instagram post detailing the abuse he suffered.
Although she does not name Bridges in the post, the two reportedly started dating around 2016 and have two children together.
Within the post, Johnson details the injuries she has suffered from an emergency room visit diagnosed with a concussion, a closed fracture of the nasal bone, rib injury and strangulation attacks. The result is a strain in the neck muscles.
