Michael John McCarthy (born November 10, 1963) is an American football coach who is the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL). He was the head coach of the Green Bay Packers from 2006 to 2018. In 2011 he led the team to Super Bowl XLV over his hometown Pittsburgh Steelers.
