Michael Ray Gundy (born August 12, 1967) is an American college football coach and a former player. He is the head football coach at Oklahoma State University. Gundy was a quarterback at Oklahoma State University from 1986 to 1989. He became head coach at Oklahoma State on January 3, 2005. Currently, Gundy and Kyle Whittingham of the University of Utah are the second longest serving FBS coaches at one school – behind Kirk Ferentz. Gundy and Whittingham are the longest-tenured in the Big 12 Conference.
