Police spoke to the 51-year-old at a Manly home on Sydney’s North Beaches early Wednesday and was taken to Manly Police Station.

NSW Police said officers are investigating an incident allegedly that occurred last Tuesday, 12 October.

“Following questioning, detectives went to a Manly home at around 9.20 a.m. and spoke to a 51-year-old man,” a police spokesman said.
‘He has since been arrested and taken to Manly police station.’
The cricket commentator was recently fired from his channel Seven job following a public attack on Scott Morrison on Twitter.
In May he controversially accused the prime minister of having ‘blood on his hands’ to close the border to Australians stranded in Covid-ravaged India.

In a triumphant final against Victoria, Slater scored another century, becoming one of the leading run-scorers in the series.
