Perfect Game

Michael Massey: Perfect Game| Prospect| Obituary| Brandon Lee

Michael Massey is a 2021 RHP/1B whose frame is 6-5 215 lb. Is from Suwanee, GA which attends North Gwinnett. Large and sturdy athletic build. Compact delivery and arm action, especially for its size, short cross body stride out front, has good arm speed, replicates its mechanics and release point well. The fastball topped 92 mph with a good life for the pitch, throwing it on the spot with some intention. Throw a soft curveball with both sweeping depth and short slider/cut changes while working the glove side corner. Does the change have some feel to it that turns over and fades nicely, except for different brake directions on the plate the sliders and changes are identical to each other. Improving his curveball will be the key to his development. Outstanding student, verbal commitment to Tulane.

Brandon Lee

The recent tragedy on the set of Alec Baldwin’s film Rust points to the same fate that struck Bruce Lee’s late son, Brandon Lee. A prop gun misfiring recently claimed the life of cinematographer Helena Hutchins. In 1993, Brandon Lee tragically died on the set of Alex Proyes’ dark superhero/antihero film The Crow. Similar to Hutchins’ death, Lee was shot with a prop gun that fired a blank shot that was due to mishandling. The bullet was fired with the same force as the live round. The projectile hit Lee in the stomach.
