John Matthew Stafford (born February 7, 1988) is an American football quarterback for the National Football League’s Los Angeles Rams (NFL). He grew up in Highland Park, Texas, and graduated from Highland Park High School.

Kelly Stafford, the wife of Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford, had a tumour removed from her brain during surgery. The Stafford family announced on Sunday, less than a year after the procedure, that they are expecting their fourth child, “well before training camp,” she added.
Acoustic neuroma is a type of brain tumour that grows slowly. Matthew had informed the Lions’ team doctor about his wife’s condition, and the doctor scheduled an MRI for her in California. She was diagnosed with acoustic neuroma, commonly known as vestibular schwannoma, a few days later.
