UFC Vegas 57 took place on June 25 at UFC APEX in Las Vegas. Top lightweight contenders Mateusz Gamarot and Arman Tsarukyan competed in a five-round contest broadcast live on ESPN and ESPN.

Both men come across as stereotypes and it’s just a matter of time until we see some wrestling, as both men use it a lot. Tsarukyan starts off with a few kicks and we quickly double shoot with Tsarukyan after that, gets filled up, and then Gamrot shoots at him again! Gammerot is deep on a single but Tsarukyan’s balance is excellent and he is able to get out. Quick start up.

Back over the boundary and Gammerot goes for a knee tap which he quickly drops. Tsarukyan active on the feet with a low kick. Tsarukyan looks thicker than Gamrot and when Gamrot throws a kick of his own, Tsarukyan resolves it with a double blast. Gamrot is back over the fence and he is working on his feet but a scuffle! Tsarukyan is holding a grabby roll from Gumroot and now he’s got a back body lock! More positional work but Tsarukyan is able to break the hold and we are in space once again. fast pace.

Mateusz Gamrot broke his UFC lightweight record last night (Sat., June 25, 2022) 4-0 at UFC Vegas 57 on ESPN/ESPN live from inside the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, when “Gamer” raised the issue. The contender Armaan was thrown out. Tsarukyan with a unanimous decision victory.

Both lightweights displayed great wrestling and scuffles in the opening rounds, but it was Zarukyan who was making the heavy footing. Sarukyan started even more with a collection of body kicks in the second round. Gammerot had some success with Cage in third, but still couldn’t do anything that slowed Tsarukyan.

Tsarukyan landed a fine spinning back fist in the fourth round, but Gamrot ate it and came back with a takedown. Gammerot only had a chance to break free Tsarukyan on a rear-naked choke with Cage. “Gamer” kept up on his wrestling in the fifth when he secured another takedown and punched Tsarukyan. In the end, it was Gamarot who overtook Zarukyan on the scorecard.

Loss

Mateusz Gamrot first lost in professional MMA when facing Guram Kutteldze on his promotional debut in UFC Fight Night: Ortega vs. Korean Zombie. The 31-year-old was also beaten by Gary Tonnan in a serious competition at the 2019 ADCC World Championships.

However, Kutteldze is the only fighter to have defeated Gumrot in a mixed martial arts competition, the Polish going unbeaten in the UFC since his first loss.
